In 2022, I lost my aunty to pancreatic cancer. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone through, and it’s something that has stayed with me ever since. Losing someone you love like that changes you, and for a long time I struggled to understand why it had to happen.
That’s why this fundraiser means so much to me.
I want to turn that pain into something positive. I want to help make a difference so that fewer families have to go through the same heartbreak. Pancreatic cancer takes people too soon, and too many goodbyes are said when there should still be more time, more memories, and more life to live.
This is for my aunty, and for everyone affected by pancreatic cancer.
Together, we can help raise awareness, support research, and move closer to a future where we don’t have to say goodbye to people who should still be here.
