Shoes and Brews

By Daniel Cavanagh

Shoes and Brews supports Pankind, Pancreatic Cancer Australia

Right now, 78 Australians will die from pancreatic cancer every week and 12 people will be diagnosed every day.  These are devastating statistics that I am determined to change.

Shoes and Brews is a free event that aims to bring education to both practitioners and the general public alike. It consists of a series of presentations and interactive workshops on topics that are related to walking/running injuries and injury prevention. The goal is to bring the public and practitioners together to advocate for our professions and improve the communities longevity for running.

Shoes and Brews supports Pankind, helping them achieve their mission to triple survival rates by 2030 and significantly improve the quality of life for people impacted by pancreatic cancer.
