In Loving Memory Of

Dr H.B Maliyasena (Mali)

To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die

Please make a donation in memory of someone very special.

This tribute page has been created in loving memory of Mali, who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2025.

Mali meant so much to so many — as a husband, father, brother, uncle, friend, teacher and mentor. He was humble, kind and generous.

In lieu of flowers, we invite you to honour his memory by donating to PanKind. PanKind is dedicated to improving survival and supporting Australians impacted by pancreatic cancer, both patients and their families alike.

Your gift will help fund vital research and provide care and hope to those walking this path now and in the future. Thank you for celebrating Mali’s life and helping create a legacy that may spare other families from this disease.

With love,

Damayanthie, Videshinie and Apsara Maliyasena

Thank you for your support
