I'm still in disbelief :'( the memory of us chatting back in the office is still fresh, checking my experience when I joined the team and including me with the project to join the flight to Sydney even when I was the newest from the team and few disagrees with it. I won't see that bright smile anymore, that motivating tone that I hear even when I am reading your email. Those appreciation (spoken or emailed) that you say to your subordinates feel with pure love, sincere, and genuine. I know you are in a better place now, free from pain. If I get a chance to be sent to heaven when my time comes, I would still pick you as my boss. A leader who leads by example. Til we meet again.

Dear Nic, I’ll always treasure the way you used to say “Dearest Leia” - so gentle, so kind. You gave us more than just leadership; you gave us friendship, care, and respect. So many of my friends were amazed at how well you treated us. I hope your family finds the strength they need and feels the love you left behind.

Dear Nico, I still can't believe that you're gone. Your presence brought stability and calmness to everyone. I still remember the times you always had to call and spend time working on solving an issue and you wouldn't want to stop until you solved it. Thank you for your kindness, time, support and the positivity you've shared with us. I can still hear your voice in my head say "Far out!". But i know you're in a better place now because you're a good person and good people go to heaven.

Hi Nick, I still remember the first time we met-during my first interview at Cloud4X. From that moment, I saw the kindness and sincerity in you. You spoke to me about the company’s mission and vision as if I was already part of the team, and the way you treated me - with warmth and respect left a lasting impression. Although we didn’t get to communicate much due to our roles, you were always approachable and kind whenever I messaged you on Teams. You had a way of making everyone feel valued, speaking to me like an old friend (calling me amigo) rather than just an employee. It truly broke my heart to hear of your sudden passing. Thank you for everything, for your compassion, leadership, and the positivity you brought into my life. May God always be with you.
