Dee’s Barefoot for panCan

By Danielle Ozolins

We’re going Barefoot for PanCan.

It’s a barefoot bowls day with a bigger purpose — raising funds for pancreatic cancer, one of the deadliest and most underfunded cancers in Australia.

The five-year survival rate is just 12.5%. There’s still no early detection test. Most people find out too late — and that needs to change.

This one’s personal for me. I was diagnosed young, at 48. I’m one of the lucky ones — they caught it early. But so many others aren’t as lucky.

Even if you can’t make it on the day, I’d love your support. Every donation makes a real difference — and it means a lot
